With billions in energy revenues from the oil and gas industry flowing into early childhood, education, and healthcare programs, we can continue to invest in the future of New Mexico families.

New Mexico ranked 49th in a recent national child well-being report. The challenges are real but so is the progress.

Free childcare is now available statewide. Child poverty has declined. College enrollment has increased for four consecutive years. Teacher salaries have increased. More investments are reaching classrooms, healthcare providers and working families.

The work isn't finished, but New Mexico is moving in the right direction. We'll keep investing in children, families and opportunities because every New Mexican deserves the chance to succeed.
