What a sad day when a process meant to help heal our community has been so misguided and hidden from the public that the residents of Santa Fe only find out the restorative justice program has been completed from an opinion piece speaking out about how poorly the process was ran. The First Judicial District Attorney touted this as a way to “repair the harm caused or revealed by criminal behavior”. It turns out her secretive process was exactly what we thought it was going to be, a way to excuse these rioter’s behavior with no repercussions.

Below is the google link and phone number if you'd like to listen in on the lawsuit requesting information about what has happened to the Soldier's Monument vandals. The District Attorney is claiming they have no information about what is going on with the Restorative Justice "plea" program that they allowed all the vandals to participate in rather than holding them accountable. They have failed to provide any of the requested documents about the status of the Restorative Justice program and the people that were arrested. This is just another instance of the District Attorney's office to hide what is happening from the public and taxpayers. We demand transparency!!!!

Mayor Alan Webber, we did not put our lives at risk serving our country to be belittled and harassed by you. You might consider it a small thing to throw around accusations, but we do not. Frivolous mudslinging as a tool for political gain might serve you personally in the short term but those things tear at our community and social fabric. Your disrespect of Hispanics and Veterans is out of line and unfortunately just one example of the problems you have brought into our community. We call on you to apologize to these groups immediately.

We would like to send our thoughts & prayers to the artists who created the Solacci sculpture. We condemn any acts of hate or vandalism and call for an end to these attacks in Santa Fe. It is a travesty that our current administration has created such divisiveness in our city and these crimes are now happening on a weekly basis. First the Hispanic culture was attacked, then our religion, and now African American and LGBTQ art. All cultures and people had been living in peace in Santa Fe until recently, and now we need find a way to get back to that place.

The Santa Fe Police Department is still investigating the arson, Lt. Paul Joye said Monday.

For over a year now our culture, traditions, history and faith have been under attack by Mayor Webber. On many occasions we have tried to form an alliance to bring back our statue of Don Diego De Vargas and repair the Plaza Obelisk. The Mayor has sided with the Red Nation and Three Sisters and rejected all negotiations as he has his heart set on changing/rewriting our Spanish history. In reality, he has declared war on our people and values that have existed for centuries (400+ years). We now understand if we are to maintain our value system of traditions, history, culture and religion, we must attack with overwhelming force. We have developed and exercised various means to achieve our goals such as direct talks, correspondence , news conferences, surveys, rosaries, paid ads, editorials, videos, and so-forth and caused some collateral damage; however, we have not changed the outcome. Therefore, we must now use overwhelming force and bring out the big guns and file a lawsuit against Mayor Webber and the City of Santa Fe. We have spoken about this in our previous meetings and now is the time to act on it.
