Applications are open until May 30 for the Advanced Energy Innovation Bridge, a 6-month program with Kit Carson Electric Cooperative that helps prototype-ready advanced energy startups move from lab to live-grid pilot deployment in Taos, New Mexico.

After nearly six years of transformative leadership, NM Angels President Drew Tulchin is passing the baton to Yasine Armstrong as our organization welcomes an exciting new chapter.

Since 2020, Drew Tulchin has grown NM Angels more than four times over, helping catalyze nearly $5 million in capital annually and building an organization that stands on a strong, sustainable foundation. We are deeply grateful for his dedication, vision, and lasting impact on New Mexico's innovation ecosystem.

We are proud to welcome Yasine as our incoming President! She will begin May 15, with Drew Tulchin continuing with the organization through June to aid in the transition. We look forward to sharing more about Yasine very soon.

UNM-Taos HIVE, in partnership with Kit Carson Electric Cooperative, is launching a 6-month program to help prototype-ready advanced energy startups move from lab to real-world pilot deployment in Taos, New Mexico.

Selected startups will have the opportunity to work with a live utility partner, receive mentorship from energy experts, engage with investors, and build the validation needed to move toward scale.
