Have a Western story you’ve always wanted to bring to life?
One Minute Western gives filmmakers the opportunity to write the script, direct the film, and see their work premiere before a live audience.
Each month, a winning screenplay will be selected by a panel of industry professionals and produced at Mortenson’s Eaves Movie Ranch in Santa Fe, New Mexico—a living Western film set featuring authentic streets, practical sets, horses, props, and cinematic landscapes.
The Santa Fe Independent Film Club will serve as a production partner for the program, assisting with the screenplay-selection process and providing filmmaking equipment, crew support, and hands-on production assistance for each selected project.
