Three of our scouts attended Community Wheels today at Firestone Scout Reservation. They were able to earn their pins/loops for their target sports in slingshots, BB guns, and now and arrows. Although they had already earned their pins/loops for their cycling adventure, they were happy to further improver their bicycle skills.

Last week, we had the privilege of participating in our wonderful city’s Memorial Day Ceremony. We were honored in joining Troop 54 in the flag ceremony.
On this day, we remembered one of our own former Pack 553 Cub Scout member, Army Spc. Paul Nakamura. We joined his parents by his memorial plaque in remembrance of his sacrifice for this country.
