Hunger is not an individual challenge, but a community issue that affects children, families, and seniors across our region.

Community Bridges is committed to ensuring people have access to the support they need, including Family Resource Centers that provide food assistance and other essential services.

Through programs like Meals on Wheels and nutrition support services, Community Bridges helps older adults, families, and neighbors access healthy food and vital connection every day.

Today we remember and honor the service members who gave their lives in sacrifice to our country. Their courage and dedication will never be forgotten.

Memorial Day is also a reminder of the importance of community—of caring for one another and ensuring every person has the opportunity to live with dignity, support, and hope.

As we reflect today, we hold space for remembrance, gratitude, and the families who carry these legacies forward.
