Community Television of Santa Cruz County Santa Cruz County's outlet for sharing dialogue with digital media! We provide community access through our cable channels and streaming on the Internet.

Community Television of Santa Cruz County's mission is to foster community dialogue and individual self-expression through television, the internet, and other electronic media. We have low cost video facilities and equipment available to the community to produce their own content for our channels. We provide equipment grants to local non-profits that serve the youth of our county. In conjunction with The Satellite we also provide coworking space in our facility.

EVACUATION WARNING

Heavy rains, wind, and runoff have prompted an evacuation warning for parts of Santa Cruz County.
An evacuation warning means you should be prepared to leave at any time.

Due to the concern of potential flooding, debris flow, or other dangers in low-lying areas, the Sheriff’s Office is issuing an evacuation warning for the following zones in the unincorporated areas:
BEN-E002A, E002E, E002G, E002-I, E003-A, E003-B, E004-A
BOU-E004-A, E006-A, E008-A, E011-A, E012-A, E013, E014, E015-B, E021, E022-B, E031-
B, E032-B, E036-B, E040, E041-B, E043-A, E043-B, E043-C

From noon-4 p.m. today, Santa Cruz County Public Health and the Santa Cruz Museum of Art & History will partner for a vaccine clinic and art project in the Secret Garden area of the MAH. Visitors will have a chance to contribute written messages of hope to an art installation, as well as record pandemic experiences for an upcoming podcast being produced through MAH. Brief remarks are scheduled for 12:30 p.m.

Renters and landlords throughout Santa Cruz County are eligible for more than $16 million in federal funds available to local renters unable to pay their rent and utilities due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
