In the wild Burmese mountain tortoises are often found close by streams and rivers. The new addition of this streambed to our Myanmar Mountain Treasures habitat creates a natural flowing water source for the tortoise to cool off and stay hydrated. They certainly seem to be enjoying it. 💦

Big Red is eating his breakfast before the expo starts today at 11. 🥗 He’s a super friendly red-footed tortoise we rescued in Sept 2024 as a neglect case that has fully recovered and needs a new loving home. Come by today 11-5 and you can meet him at the Reptile Super Show.
