The race we ran for the last 5 years was worth it, and for those who were able to be blessed with our services and have grown to help others. Thank you to those who have shown us what true selfless service looks like and caring for others beyond themselves.

The Silent Epidemic
Learned helplessness is a quiet thief. It steals our confidence, our voice, and our ability to act. It’s not loud it’s subtle. It shows up in the sigh before trying, the shrug after failing, the silence when we should speak. Now how do you have a silent epidemic if you don't understand the signs. The team at Real Way Foundation can and will help you and your team better understand how to get back on track. Are you seeing the signs in your team?
