Come to the SCVBS "2nd Sunday" Blues Jam this weekend on 9/11 and from 5:00 - 8:00pm and bring your instruments, friends and families. One of our favorite bands is hosting - Tony Dodd & Southbound Blues. Sign in at the door and we will call you up to play. There's Free Parking and Free Entry. Please bring money for food and drinks and bring a $5.00 donation for our the Host Band.

I hope all of my Blues friends come out this Saturday afternoon to the Santa Clarita Blues Society's 4th Annual "International Blues Music Day" Festival. We have 5 great Blues Bands, Free Parking and Free Admission. Bring something to sit on, some money for Food & Brews, Tshirts, CDs and other things. Children are invited to come with their family.

Robert Heft Blues Band will be hosting the SCV Blues Society Jam at Vincenzo's Pizza in Newhall on Sunday, November 8th from 5-8pm. Come early and get a good seat and enjoy some really great Pizzas, Salad and more. If you are a musician and want to jam, sign in at the door and we will call you up to play.

Note: We have changed our date for the Santa Clarita Valley Blues Society's "Battle of the Blues Bands". It is now on Saturday, Oct. 10th. It's going to be a really great day with fantastic bands and filled with great music. Please come and help us pick the winning Band to send to Memphis for the 2016 "International Blues Challenge".
