This Mother’s Day, some mothers in Bangladesh are spending the day in a dialysis chair.

No flowers. No celebration. Just a machine keeping them alive — so they can go home to their children.

Kidney failure doesn’t take a day off. And for these mothers, missing even a single dialysis session can be life-threatening.

This Mother’s Day, honor your own mother by helping one of theirs. 💙

Dedicate a donation in your mother’s name — whether she is by your side or watching from above, there is no more beautiful tribute.

Your support can provide life-saving dialysis, hope, and another chance to hold their children close. ❤️

Donate today. Because every mother deserves care, dignity, and a tomorrow. 🌟

Recently, Ms. Rahima Rumana visited the Sonar Bangla Foundation Dialysis Center in Chattogram during her stay in Bangladesh. During her visit, she explored the facility, interacted with patients, and shared her heartfelt experience with us.

💬Here’s what she shared:

I had the opportunity to visit the Sonar Bangla Foundation Dialysis Center in Chattogram, and it was a deeply emotional experience for me.

This area is very familiar to me—it’s just about 20 minutes from my home, and I used to work in a clinic here 24 years ago. Seeing such a well-organized dialysis center in a place I know so well truly touched my heart. 🏥✨

I spoke with several patients who were receiving treatment during my visit. Most of them come from underprivileged backgrounds and are dealing with multiple health issues. Despite their struggles, they expressed immense gratitude for the services provided by SBF. At the same time, many of them shared their need for more financial support. Listening to their stories, it was hard to hold back my tears.

Manager Emon and Dr. Farzana kindly showed me around the center. Currently, only half of the floor is operational, and work is ongoing to make the remaining space functional. I was encouraged to see that there are plans for laboratory facilities, doctors’ chambers, and even a mammogram unit.

One of the most urgent needs I observed is the establishment of in-house laboratory services. Patients who travel long distances 2–3 times a week for dialysis have to go elsewhere for blood tests and wait for reports, which adds to their hardship.

I strongly believe that starting the laboratory facilities as soon as possible will make this center a complete one-stop solution and significantly ease the burden on patients.

I would like to sincerely encourage everyone to come forward and donate generously 🤝 so that these essential services can be launched quickly and more lives can be supported with dignity and care. ❤️

A meaningful day at Sonar Bangla Foundation–Bangladesh 🇧🇩

During his visit, Golam Rasul Sir—who is voluntarily serving as the Director of Finance at SBF USA—toured the Dhaka head office and dialysis center, spending valuable time with the team and observing the ongoing efforts to serve kidney patients with care and dignity 💙

From discussing future plans 📊 to witnessing the treatment process firsthand 🏥, his presence brought inspiration and motivation to the entire team 🙌 His dedication from miles away 🌍 and selfless contribution reflect true leadership and humanity 🤝

Together, we move forward with a stronger vision — to make quality kidney care accessible for all ✨

Sometimes, humanity doesn’t need proximity… it just needs a heart that cares ❤️

From miles away in the USA 🇺🇸, Mr. Golam Rasul chose to stand beside a life he had never seen before 🤝 Through Sonar Bangla Foundation’s platform, he adopted the responsibility of a struggling kidney patient in Bangladesh 🇧🇩 — without ever meeting him, without ever knowing if their paths would cross.

And today… that moment finally arrived ✨

During his short visit in Bangladesh 🇧🇩 and at the Sonar Bangla Foundation–Bangladesh head office, Mr. Golam Rasul met Abdul Aziz for the very first time 🤍. No words could truly capture the emotion — but his eyes said everything 🥺 Gratitude, relief, prayers… all flowing silently 🙏

A donor who gave hope from afar 🌍
A patient who found life through that hope 💙
And today, two souls connected beyond distance, beyond boundaries ✨

This is not just a meeting…
This is humanity at its purest form 🌸

Let this story remind us — even the smallest act of kindness can change someone’s entire world 🌟

🙏 Come forward. Be the reason someone lives.
Support and donate to help helpless, needy, and underprivileged kidney patients across Bangladesh 🇧🇩
