Ceramic Artists and Identity. Enjoy art activities led by Art Center teaching artists, Palo Alto City Libraries, and Art Center Teen Leadership. Make a personalized keychain out of clay, design your own paper pop-up house, and make a mini clay portrait magnet!

Bring the whole family for this fun, multigenerational event and stick around until the very end to watch a performance organized by Mosaic America with Dulce Tricolor Venezolano and Hui Ilima Dancers of Hui Ilima of Santa Clara County . 4PM showtime!

It is with heavy heart that we share the passing of Sean Joseph O’Keefe. Sean was a major supporter of the local Hawaiian & Polynesian communities, both far and wide! He always had a radiant smile and positive attitude to boot. He will be truly missed but never forgotten.

Uncle Kika Update, AGAIN!!

Ok folks, Comcast is giving Uncle Kika a hard time again! Same exact issue as last time; they’ve changed his phone number without any authorizations or notifications, and to the same number they changed it to last time!

We’ll be helping him get it sorted out tomorrow. Until then, please contact him on his cell phone.

The U.S. Mint has unveiled their design for the new U.S. quarter honoring Aunty Edith Kanakaʻole. It depicts a portrait of Aunty Edith amongst the Hawaiʻi landscape to "symbolize her life’s work of preserving the natural land and traditional Hawaiian culture." "E hō mai ka ʻike", the first line of one of her most famous compositions was included as a reference to the role hula and mele play in this preservation. The quarter will be released into circulation next year.
