The NW and NY Harvest Church Mission Team is currently on the ground in the Philippines, and we just experienced one of the most moving moments of our trip: the River of Life Foundation (ROLF) graduation ceremony.
For many of these students from local Indigenous communities, this represents their first-ever academic or professional achievement. Growing up poor meant elementary school wasn't even a guarantee—but today, they stood tall with their certificates in hand. 🎓✨

Rain or shine, love never stops! 🌧️❤️

Yesterday (Thursday, May 28th), we were absolutely thrilled to welcome a wonderful team of 36 volunteers from to the River of Life Foundation for a team volunteering event!

This energetic group rolled up their sleeves and split up to support both our Operation Care and Food Pantry programs. Over at Operation Care, they did an amazing job helping us organize and optimize our warehouse. Meanwhile, at the Food Pantry, the pouring rain was no match for their spirits! Throwing on their rain ponchos, they worked tirelessly to organize stacks of produce and milk, standing out in the rain to hand out fresh food and essentials to local families in need.

A massive thank you to the volunteer team for bringing your incredible energy, teamwork, and big hearts to ROLF! You truly made a difference and brightened up a gloomy day for so many in our community. 💪✨
