Women reentering the workforce often face an overlooked barrier: access to professional clothing.

That’s why Goodwill of Silicon Valley is proud to partner with Workfits, a pilot program funded by the City of San José’s Zero Waste Innovation Grant. Through this partnership, women entering or reentering the workforce, including participants from Goodwill of Silicon Valley’s workforce programs, receive professional clothing capsules at no cost, helping them feel confident as they prepare for interviews and new jobs.
