Save the Date for the Triton Museum of Art's
First Ever Online Auction: July 15 - 28, 2020
Due to recent and nationally vital events which demand we all stay focussed on issues of racial inequality and injustice, the Triton Museum of Art is postponing its online auction fundraiser to July 15-28, 2020.
As you may know, the Triton is one of the very few remaining free museums in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our annual fundraisers are vital in sustaining the museum's fiscal health, as it provides funding for the exhibitions and educational programs. We have therefore had to rethink our approach to our annual art auction, which raises much needed funds to support our museum and the community at large.
The Triton Museum of Art needs you, but now and immediately, our fellow citizens who have suffered the degradations of 400 years require our attention more. BlackLivesMatter is more than a hashtag or slogan. It is our nation’s roadmap to healing. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to connecting soon.
