If the answer is yes, then you know the feeling. If not, come give it a try! We promise it’s an awesome experience.

This week, a community sauna is coming to Rincon County Beach for the first time.

That’s right — we’re coming to the beach! 🌊

There’s something elemental and restorative about going from cold ocean to hot sauna. We’ve been dreaming about this since day one, and can’t wait to share it with you.

We’re proud to have partnered with Santa Barbara County Parks to bring Third Space to one of the most iconic stretches of California coast. Come sweat, swim, hang on the bluffs, and tell us your sauna stories. We’ll be under the Monterey cypress, overlooking the ocean in the upper lot — about a 2 minute walk to the water (yes, we timed it).

Free launch sessions:
May 8 · 1pm–7:30pm
May 9 · 8am–12pm & 4pm–8pm
Open house style. Come whenever during the time block and length managed based on capacity

Ongoing regular sessions Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

We started Third Space to create a place where people can gather and connect.

The sauna strips away pretense. No hierarchy. Just people sitting, sweating, and talking together.

Our dream was to make the Pacific Ocean part of that vision. It’s what makes California special. It’s why so many of us live here.

Hot sauna. Cold ocean. We can’t quite believe it ourselves - but we’re coming to one of the most iconic stretches of coastline in California.

We’ve partnered with Santa Barbara County Parks to bring this to the community. Surfers, locals, commuters catching a break between SB and Ventura. Our mission is to keep it accessible to everyone. Come experience the beach, the ocean, and the view in a whole new way.
