Community Friends of Santa Barbara We are a nonprofit all volunteer organization with 15 programs to help people in SB County. We are no longer affiliated with Assistance League of Santa Barbara.

Any references on this feed to Assistance League SB & its trademarks is purely historical. Community Friends of Santa Barbara™, formerly known as Assistance League of Santa Barbara, is an all-volunteer nonprofit organization that provides hands-on support to improve the lives of local children, teens, families, seniors and people with developmental
disabilities. Started in 1948, the over 350 volunteers of Community Friends of Santa Barbara™ and its two auxiliaries – Community Friends Auxiliary (formerly known as Las
Aletas) and TeenServe™ (formerly known as Assisteens®) – commit over 50,000 hours a year to Community Friends work. All money raised here is spent here, returned to the community through 15 local programs.

Today you gave 50 students school clothing & backpacks AND 3250+ SB 3rd graders dental kits & examinations AND about 10% towards the scholarships we award each year. 🙏🏽👏🏽🎓📚
CFofSB and our auxiliaries have 18 unique programs in Youth & Education, Health & Wellness, Community & Outreach, and Seniors & Assistance.
