Thank you to everyone who joined us for the DSA Picnic and Campout! We loved spending the weekend with our DSA members, families, and supporters. From the food and games to the live music, raffle, awards dinner, and time together, it was a great weekend celebrating the DSA family.

Congratulations again to all of our DSA Award recipients. Your hard work, dedication, and service do not go unnoticed, and we were proud to recognize you among your peers and families.

⚽🚔 CODE 3 CUP UPDATE 👮‍♂️⚽

The competition was in full swing today at the Tri-Counties Code 3 Cup, and one of the most anticipated matchups came early as two Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office teams squared off in pool play! Bragging rights were definitely on the line, and neither side gave an inch.

The tournament kept heating up as teams from Santa Maria Police Department, California Highway Patrol, the District Attorney’s Office, Probation, and the Sheriff’s Office battled it out on the pitch, all while supporting first responder mental health and wellness.

Now it’s on to the championship rounds, where the intensity is only getting higher. Around here, this is basically our World Cup—just with a few more duty belts, radios, and post-game ice packs. 🌎🏆😄

A huge thank you to all the first responders, their families, volunteers, and supporters who came out to make today such an incredible event. Your energy, sportsmanship, and community spirit are what make this tournament so special.

Good luck to the teams still in the hunt for the Code 3 Cup! 🏆💙🚓

Honored to attend the Peace Officers Memorial in Sacramento on Monday, a powerful reminder of the sacrifice, courage, and unwavering commitment shown by those who serve our communities every day.

The DSA was proudly represented by Dispatch Supervisor Jazzmine DeForest, who also serves as a PORAC Tri-Counties Chapter Director. Standing alongside dedicated leaders like Sgt. Justin Doering, Ventura County DSA President and Tri-Counties Chapter Director, reinforces the strength and unity within our profession.

We remember and honor the fallen, support the families who carry their legacy forward, and stand together in continued service. 💙

Proud to recognize our DSA Members who spent the past two days in Santa Barbara attending the First Responders Conference. Their commitment to strengthening mental health, wellness, and peer support within our community is truly impactful.

These members invested their time in learning, connecting, and bringing back valuable tools to better support one another—both on and off the job.
