Today Greeks 4 Kids made a donation of items in the amount of $3318 to George Mark Children’s house, including a brand new washing machine, 3 Apple IPads, a new sound system and more. A huge thanks to the members of this organization for being so gracious and allowing us to be apart of their incredible cause. George Mark Children’s House, located in San Leandro, California, focuses on quality of life and continuity of care for children with illnesses that modern healthcare cannot yet cure, or for those who have chronic medical conditions. The George Mark model of pediatric palliative care strives to achieve greater well-being and quality of life for children and their families. Keep continuing to do strive for excellence in care! Thank you to the UCSF dental students Rae Sesanto and Jonathan Gao for joining, both are members of the Psi Omega Dental Fraternity.

This past winter we were able to provide Monte Vista Elementary School with over $2,500 in toys, games and music equipment. Thank you UCSB Alpha Phi for winning this past ATO Rally and joining us for this awesome event.

Thank you, SB children's cottage hospital!

Greeks4Kids, a UCSB student organization, recently donated more than $3,300 worth of toys, games and art supplies to the playroom at Cottage Children's Hospital. The donation included a multigame arcade machine, iPads, Nintendos, art supplies and coloring books. All of this will help make hospital stays a little less stressful for our youngest patients. Hey everybody! Greeks 4 Kids would like to extend an open invitation to the Isla Vista community to attend our next large-scale donation, which will be benefitting the Infant Care Center at a local organization called Transition House. Transition House has been serving the Santa Barbara community since 1984 and has aided over 10,000 homeless families by giving them the housing they need to survive as well as valuable resources to help them develop the life skills necessary to get back on their feet. So join us on the afternoon of April 4th as we donate toys, storage bins, and construct a large shed for them to use for many years to come. It’s a unique opportunity to get a tour of their facility as well interact with the children. This is a chance to make a positive difference in your community that you won’t want to miss!
