Mental Health First Aid Santa Barbara The Mental Wellness Center is proud to offer monthly Mental Health First Aid training courses to the Santa Barbara community. Pre-registration is required.

The Mental Wellness Center is proud to offer bi-monthly Mental Health First Aid training courses to the Santa Barbara community. The 12-hour program taught over two to three days will train participants how to support people experiencing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety disorders, psychosis and substance abuse disorders. Upon completion, participants will become certified in Mental

Health First Aid USA from the National Council for Community Behavioral Healthcare. The program cost is $45 and includes a Mental Health First Aid USA manual. We offer flexible on-site training for groups with more than 15 participants. Mental Health First Aid training is very valuable and recommended to all caring citizens of the Santa Barbara community.
