Youth ages 14–17 will get a behind the scenes look at what it takes to become a police recruit through hands on activities, physical training, teamwork challenges, leadership development, and real world law enforcement experiences.

Putting Kids First was a beautiful reminder of what happens when a community comes together with purpose, heart, and commitment to our youth.

Our PAL youth spent an unforgettable day atHollisterRanch.com stepping outside their comfort zones and into the ocean with the guidance of world-class surfer Bobby Martinez and the support of our incredible officers.

This is what it’s all about, building trust, connection, and confidence through real experiences. Side by side, in and out of the water, our officers and youth continue to strengthen the bond that makes our community stronger.

What a beautiful day of connection and growth at our Big and Little Pal Bonding Day 🌿 Rain or shine, our Pals showed up, leaned in, and made the most of every moment.
Led by the incredible Wilderness Youth Project, our Pals spent the day building trust, practicing leadership, and strengthening the kind of mentorship that lasts far beyond one afternoon.
