Appropriately, our flags are now flying in all their glory over State Street – just in time for today's South County Scholarship Awards Ceremony at the Courthouse Sunken Garden in Santa Barbara. The ceremony will take place from 3:30 to 5 pm. We look forward to celebrating this year's scholarship recipients with our many community supporters!
