International Grassroots Leadershift Institute International Grassroots Leadershift Institute is a project of Healing Soul of America.

Healing Soul of America is a nonprofit agency in business to create living wage jobs, train youth to be entrepreneurs and provide support for the start up of these small businesses. Our programs and services are designed to create safe communities across the United States by providing alternatives to youth that allow them to be innovative, creative and productive citizens.

International Grassroots Leadershift Programs/Projects/Services
A ten week pilot program, “Grassroots LeaderShift Institute- SB”, is designed to help people transition from homelessness, prison, unemployment into paid work and housing.

Our two first Pilot projects will take place in Santa Barbara and Long Beach, California.
