We had so much fun hosting the Finance & Accounting teams from Red Bull for a private cooking class yesterday! We made fresh tagliatelle pasta with pesto and carbonara sauces. It took five people to hold up one sheet of pasta….talk about team-building! 😂

Did you know? Whenever you book a private cooking class with AtoZ, the proceeds help fund the other arms of our nonprofit:
* Free cooking classes for people experiencing housing and food insecurity
* Free nutrition & culinary education for early childhood educators
* Scholarships and subsidies for kids’ after-school cooking classes
* And more!

If you’re interested in booking a private cooking class with us, inquire at atozcookingschool.org/parties. We’d love to welcome you into our kitchen!

We’re so excited to team up with the crew from Motley Crew Ranch to offer an inside look at the craft of sausage making! Motley Crew is a local, regenerative livestock ranch in the Santa Rita Hills that practices humane and sustainable meat and egg production. In this hands-on class, you’ll prepare three different styles of sausage from start to finish, learning techniques for seasoning, grinding, stuffing, and cooking. To ward off the meat sweats, we’ll also prepare a few light side dishes to enjoy for a full meal at the end of class.

Zeke gives us the rundown on trying EVERYTHING—he said ‘yes’ to each and every topping our chefs prepared for bruschetta during an AtoZ cooking class at the 𝙎𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙖 𝘽𝙖𝙧𝙗𝙖𝙧𝙖 𝙋𝙪𝙗𝙡𝙞𝙘 𝙇𝙞𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙧𝙮 . Tomatoes, basil and mozzarella? Yes! Berries and ricotta? Yes! Honey and balsamic drizzled on top? Yes and yes, please!

We love seeing our budding chefs try new things!! Zeke is pretty convincing that trying one of everything is the best way to go….Bon appetit!

🌽 Did you know you can eat corn raw? When you don’t want to fire up the stove or grill on those hot summer days, raw corn cut straight from the cob is just as tasty (plus it adds a great crunch to summer salads.)
