The mission is to create an alternative to the traditional talk-therapy for those dealing with grief or loss by offering creative and physical activities and services to help motivate those in need. will provide free on-site services that allow people to individually or as a group utilize practices such as yoga, pilates, strength training, dancing, drawing, painting, writing, reading, music, and s

o much more. Specially trained volunteer sponsors will help guide participants to the therapies of their choosing, to help them find their preferred approach for dealing with grief.

Passed assorted appetizers

Frisse and root vegetable salad with honey vinaigrette

Roasted and sliced medallion of beef
with grilled brussel sprouts and butternut squash
drizzled with béarnaise

Flourless chocolate torte and espresso creme
served with coffee
