Across three beautiful gatherings in the Netherlands, so much unfolded under the theme of fearless living. Among many cherished moments of fellowship and spiritual study, this tender image of children receiving blessings remains in the heart. It is a silent reminder that wisdom is not only spoken, but carried hand to hand, breath to breath, and from one generation to the next.

In the presence of Himalayan monk His Holiness Swami Vidyadhishanda, and Sri Swami Asimananda, we gathered in fellowship, meditation and spiritual discourse; renewed ourselves through breathwork, and closed by honouring the living stream of an intact meditation lineage.

Our heartfelt gratitude to Yogasite, the dedicated volunteers, organizers, and participants who brought these programs to life. May the blessings of this visit ripple out, touching hearts for generations to come!

Your DNA may be inherited. But gene expression is dynamic.

Food, environment, and lifestyle are among the factors that can influence gene expression. On August 30, Epigenetic Principles of Ayurveda explores these ideas through an Ayurvedic lens and asks a fascinating question:

How might an ancient system of wellness be understood alongside what we now know about epigenetics?

Join His Holiness Swami Vidyadhishananda in Houston for a full-day exploration of Ayurveda, daily living and practical wellness.

What can ancient wisdom teach us about managing modern stress?

For thousands of years, Yoga and Ayurveda have explored the relationship between breath, body and mind. Today, modern science is discovering more about the same intricate connections—including the role of the vagus nerve in the body’s stress response and gut-brain communication.

What happens when we bring these perspectives together?

Join His Holiness Swami Vidyadhishananda for an experiential workshop exploring traditional Himalayan practices for supporting the nervous system, including pranayama, yogic movement, cold-water practices and Ayurvedic approaches to daily life.
