Next year I will be attending St Michael’s Secondary School. The guidance and counseling that I got from the AWR mentors when I was in primary school helped me get to where I am now. I found the life skills lessons especially important; it helped us girls when we were facing difficult situations. The scholastic material was very important because my parents could not afford it, the same for the sanitary pads. Without the pads I couldn't go to school when I have my period. All those things helped improve on my performance so I could pass the PLE (Primary Leaving Exam). My goal is to become a nurse. Scovia, 16 years old
