Meet Captain Tiffany Vague, a skilled fisherwoman and an artist. She has melded these two passions and skills into being one of the top handmade, custom rod designers in the world!

Tiffany donates immaculate rods for our yearly auction at the fish derby. This year, her beautiful fishing rod (pictured above) got a winning bid of $1200!

We're swimming with joy!

🐟 Make sure to catch us at the registration table before you bait your hook. On-Site Fish Derby Registration begins at 12 noon on Friday, April 19th!

🐟 Register at the Nature Center: Friday, April 19th from 12 noon - 10PM and Saturday, April 20th from 6am to 12 noon.

🐟 After 12 noon on Saturday, April 20th: REGISTER at the Marina Weigh Station on Saturday, April 20th from 12 noon - 6PM and Sunday, April 21st from 6am - 12 noon.

🌱 The Fish Derby is a fundraiser for The Neal Taylor Nature Center, a non-profit that operates within the Cachuma Lake Recreation Area. Founded in 1988, the Neal Taylor Nature Center at Cachuma Lake is celebrating over three decades of connecting kids and adults to discovering the wonders of their own backyard - Cachuma Lake and the Santa Ynez watershed.
