Give to Pets Foundation Our mission is to give comfort by helping pets with chronically ill owners.

Focusing on people that are confronting being hospitalized temporally, with cancer, chronic illnesses, moving to a retirement facility, or facing their time of passing. Our goal is to give peace of mind by providing people with a permanent or transitory foster home for their beloved companions. There isn’t a worse feeling than the helplessness of not being able to secure a safe and loving living environment for your pet in this critical time of need.

Does anyone know what the barking ordinance is in Santa Barbara City? I'm having a hard time getting a straight answer out of Animal Control. I thought it was ten minutes of continual barking but I may be wrong. Can anyone fill me in?
So if you have a couple of neighbors that hate animals and have ALTERIOR motives, they keep calling on you, just because they are two friends and they can! What am I supposed to do? cut their vocal cords? get rid of my dogs?
They bark when strangers come to the door, the garbage men come, or the gardeners. It's brief and protective of me. I put them inside when I leave the house.
How do they prove the excessive barking?
Suggestions, please?
