In the restaurant business, if the food isn't good, you won't grow. It's all about the product. This place serves up genuinely great food, like their amazing frijoles de la olla (or Los Charros). The whole beans with veggies and chorizo are fantastic and the juice blends perfectly with chicken and rice.
