Jewish War Veterans of the USA is sponsoring The Wall That Heals at Pierce College, Woodland Hills, CA from 19-22 March 2026.
The wall will be up 24/7 so anyone can come anytime to pay their respects.
To make this happen, we need 300 volunteers to support 4-hour missions.
Here are the Volunteer Descriptions (Orientation takes place Wednesday, March 18, around early evening)
*Assist Visitors at The Wall-Greet and assist visitors with finding names, viewing photos, name rubbing, Listen and provide support when needed.
*Mobile Education Center-Talk about artifacts, In Memory Honorees, and Hometown Heroes.
*Visitor Tent-Seated Position-In finding names on website or name directory. Monitor trifold inventory. Answer visitor questions to the best of ability.
*Direct Visitor (Floater)-Greet and assist visitors with information. Direct to The Wall, Trailer, *Visitor Tent-Assist if they need help with mobility. Fill in other positions if needed.
*Parking and Visitor Assistance:-Direct parking, Visitor assistance with transportation, to and from The Wall That Heals (Golf Cart, Wheel Chair (etc.)
