Catholic Charities of Orange County Immigration & Citizenship Services CCOC provides immigration services recognized by the Board of Immigration Appeals in Santa Ana M-F, (1800 E 17th)

CCOC provides a wide range of immigration services such as Citizenship, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) and DACA Renewals, Fee Waivers, Family Based Petitions, Adjustments of Status, Removal of Conditional Residency, Affidavits of Support, FOIAs and FBI Rap Sheet requests, Work Authorizations, Legal Permanent Residency Renewals, Fiance Visas, Waivers for Unlawful Presence, Document

Translations , Travel Documents (Advance Parole), Parole In Place for immediate family members of those currently or formerly serving in the armed forces. Our Immigration Services Department is currently operating 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday 9am-5pm at our Santa Ana Office and Tuesdays/Thursday 9-5pm at our Capistrano Beach Office with appointments. Starting in January 2016 we will be providing monthly workshops free of charge to process DACA and Citizenship Applications.
