❤️🎲 Fairhaven Family Game Night was full of love, laughter, and friendly competition! 🫶

Thank you to all the amazing families who joined us for our Valentine’s Family Game Night. It was so special seeing our community come together to play games, share smiles, and create fun memories with one another. ✨️

Events like this remind us how lucky we are to have such a supportive and joyful Fairhaven family. 💙🤍

We’re kicking off the month celebrating Read Across America Week (March 2–6) with fun spirit days! From crazy socks to pajamas and bright colors, let’s celebrate the joy of reading together.

📅 Important Dates:
• Mar 10–11 & 18 & 25 – Minimum Days
• Mar 10 – End of 2nd Trimester
• Mar 12 – Coffee with the Counselor ☕
• Mar 17 – Spirit Day (Wear Green & Yellow 💚💛)
• Mar 19 – ELAC Meeting
• Mar 26 – Open House (5:30–7:00 PM)
• Mar 27 – Student Store Open + Last Day of Krispy Kreme Fundraiser 🍩

Drone Club for students in grades 4–6 begins next week! ✈️

If your child is interested in joining the Fairhaven Drone Team this year, please add their name to the waitlist using the link below:

Students will be added to the class as registrations are received.

First meeting will be on Tuesday, January 20th, and the club will meet most Tuesdays from 2:25–3:25 p.m.

Our OC G.R.I.P., the Orange County Gang Reduction & Intervention Program, which is actively taking to the streets! We are thrilled to see the positive impact this initiative is already having within our community.

This program is designed to foster gang prevention and promote academic success for students in Orange County. A key component of OC G.R.I.P. involves encouraging parents to volunteer as "parent-greeters" at their child’s school. This active presence helps create a safer and more supportive environment, while also encouraging parents to become involved in neighborhood watch programs within their community, further strengthening local safety nets.

Would you be interested in learning more about how we achieve these goals and the specific strategies we employ to support our students and families? We believe this program offers a vital approach to building stronger, safer communities for our youth.
