Human Relations Ambassadors Program is a year-long program (September–May) for high school students in Greater Orange County who want to turn their passion for social equity, justice, and community into action. Participants connect with peers across OC, build social justice and human relations skills, learn from local organizations, and create campaigns for real change.

Every summer we bring together about 25-30 students who enroll in our Youth Leadership Institute program for the summer!

Our summer institute brings together diverse students from high schools across Orange County & beyond, to participate in activities, dialogues and skill building exercises about human relations and social justice issues. Students learn the skills to organize youth, take a stand against hate and injustice and create schools and communities that are safe and equitable for ALL.

Walk in my Shoes is an annual youth conference that brings together ~500 high school and middle school students from all over Orange County to attend a day long youth conference. Participants explore issues of identity and culture, develop their leadership skills and are exposed to examples of successful youth activism.

You could be asking, "How does my donation make an impact?"

Well here are a few ways, at $50 you help pay for a student to attend our annual Walk in My Shoes Conference, at $100 you can help provide a free mediation to a resident in conflict, at $250 you can support one of our Youth Leadership Institute students next summer, at $300 you can provide one month of support for our Human Relations Ambassadors Program.
