Happy ! Spending a little time in the sun can be a simple way to ease anxiety and lift your mood. Natural sunlight and fresh air help regulate your body’s internal clock and support emotional balance. Even 9-15 minutes a day can make a difference. When you feel stressed, restless, or low on energy, step outside for a short break and let the sunlight help reset your mind. Small daily habits can have a meaningful impact on your mental well-being.

Happy ! Take a few deep breaths to slow down and reset your mind. Try limiting your screen time and give yourself space away from constant notifications. Move your body, go outside for some fresh air, and check in with yourself about how you're feeling today. Even listening to calm music may help you relax and refocus.

Intergenerational Day celebrates the beautiful connections between generations — sharing stories, wisdom, and support across all ages. Our older adults carry a lifetime of experiences and wisdom to pass on to our youth, while our younger generation brings energy, care, and companionship in return. Together, we can bridge the gap through community workshops, events, and everyday moments that bring generations closer and reduce isolation. These relationships remind us that we grow stronger when we learn from one another.

This Memorial Day, we honor the brave men and women who paid the ultimate sacrifice. We pause to remember those who gave their lives for our freedom and thank them for their courage.

Light a candle, visit a memorial, support veterans and their families, or take a quiet moment to remember those who served and gave everything.

Happy ! Some reminders for today: Allow yourself to feel your emotions. You are allowed to say no. You are allowed to rest. You don’t have to be perfect to be worthy. Taking time for yourself and asking for support are signs of strength, not weakness. This week, practice kindness toward yourself and protect your peace. Your well-being matters more than productivity.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Small daily habits can significantly improve mental well-being. Mental health matters just as much as physical health—and taking care of it starts with simple actions:
- Check in with yourself daily
- Talk to someone you trust
- Take breaks when you feel overwhelmed
- Practice mindfulness or deep breathing
- Seek professional help if needed

Taking even one small step can make a difference.
