To all volunteers of the Tommy Bahama Golf Tournament:
It is that time of year again for us to start planning the 13th Tommy Bahama Golf Tournament. The children of Olive Crest need our help and support more than ever and we need your help to make this a successful tournament. All of us who have been involved with the tournament know it brings some fun, some work, a great time on the day of the event, but most of all, the reward of giving all we can to Olive Crest. We invite you to be a part of that in 2012.
Our kickoff meeting will be held on Monday, February 13th at the Tommy Bahama restaurant in Newport Beach (854 Avocado Avenue, Newport Beach). We will informally gather at 6:00pm with the meeting starting promptly at 6:30pm.
The actual golf tournament will be held on Monday, May 7th, 2012 at Monarch Beach Golf Resort in Dana Point.
Please feel free to forward this email to any interested friends as the more help we have, the more successful the tournament.
Please let us know if you plan on attending. If you cannot attend the meeting, but still plan on volunteering, please also let us know. We look forward to hearing from you and working with you again.
