It was through out grief and sorrow that we felt the need and obligation to help others through the pain and brokenness, the same way Jose had helped so many.
The idea of the Beanz Baskets of Hope came from a grievance basket our family received from a dear cousin after Jose’s passing. The basket had been created for parents grieving the loss of a child. We thought this would be wonderful concept and idea for families who have lost someone tragically in a motorcycle accident. This would be our way to help others the same way Jose did.
The Beanz Baskets of Hope are a way to help connect families and friends with others who like us, have lost a motorcycle rider in an accident. We know loss is hard and we know that in these moments there aren’t many things that can make us feel better, but giving someone the gift of hope and the sense of not feeling alone is priceless. The purpose behind these baskets is just that, giving people hope, faith in God, and let them know they are not alone in this.
Our mission is to help as many families find the hope and strength, to never lose faith and let them know there is still life after loss. Most importantly to let them know they are not alone.
In these baskets you will find: our story, our mission, and different grievance counseling and groups that people can reach out to for help. As well as our personal contact information.
If you or someone you know is dealing with the loss of a motorcycle rider please pass our information along.
