Reserve Champion trailer going up for sale!! CYAE is the biggest Ag Mechanics show in the State of California. Cash Emmett was the exhibitor that built the 16’ custom tilt deck trailer. The front 4’ is a stationary deck and the back 12’ is a gravity tilt that is very well balanced. The trailer is structurally sound and well built with a gas shielded flux cored wire. Cash was qualified under D 1.1 structural steel code with that particular wire in the vertical and overhead positions, ensuring qualified welds throughout the project. The trailer has two 7,000 pound axels and is ready to haul heavy equipment. This trailer was specially designed for a large skidsteer and will be auctioned off tonight at the world ag expo grounds in Tulare and Cash Emmett will keep the earnings. The money made will help Cash earn his FFA American degree and he will be utilizing the profit for college tuition and expenses. Please reach out to Wyatt Gibson (209)769-5622 if you are interested in buying this trailer. You do not have to be present to bid. This would be a great addition to any construction or equipment company.

This year our ROP Ag Mechanics program had dozens of students graduate with big dreams ready to take on the world. We wanted to take the time to highlight our seniors and share how proud we are of their next steps in life. The skills they have been taught in a multitude of Ag Mechanics courses has given them an advantage going out into the real work world. They are all setting a great example for future Apaches and showing what the Apache Pride is capable of!! Great Job Seniors!!!! The Sanger Scene Sanger High School Valley ROP

May 13th and 14th Sanger High hosted the VROP welding certification camp round 2. This year we had a total of 52 students receive 70 certifications from our area. Of those 52 students, 16 were from Sanger High School. This was a record number and a huge accomplishment for the welding kids. Students were able to test in D 1.1 structural steel code and obtain certifications with SMAW and FCAW processes in the flat, vertical and overhead positions.

Students Cash Emmett and Drake Carter were the first students in Sanger High history to pass overhead limited thickness qualification tests.

Congrats to all the students who were successful and are now ready to take on the welding industry. They all have very bright futures!!!
