On Saturday, May 3, from 2 to 4 PM EDT, Send In The Music is offering another, free ZOOM Music jam. We will be stepping out of our comfort zone again. We have two Mystery Guests coming to share their knowledge of recording and sharing music using a Digital Audio Workstation. Their presentation includes information and demonstration. And they will answer your questions. Our song leaders will be playing Peaceful Music in honor of our Mystery Guests genre. At our free Zoom music jam on Saturday, April 4th from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM EDT, Send In The Music is going a little "off calendar." We have invited the "favorite son" of the dulcimer community, Stephen Seifert and, if possible, his mom, Nancy Seifert to be our special guests. They started being our Mother's Day special guests when we first started Send In The Music. But schedules are hard to coordinate and we missed them last year. So we decided to accommodate their schedule this year. Stephen, besides being a wonderful son, is a gifted musician and teacher. We always enjoy his visits. Our theme, in their honor is "Early Mother's Day." Just a reminder - there is no Send In The Music jam on Saturday, Feb 7 or Feb 14. Many of our regular jammers are attending the Quarantune On-line Festival this weekend and I will be attending the Central Florida Dulcimer Festival on February 14th. We will be back on February 21st. We hope we will see you then. Remember, you can watch prior jams on -line. Just sign onto our website to find the videos.

Most mountain dulcimer players learn to play "fiddle tunes" as their first songs. These tunes show up again and again in music jams. They are beloved songs, and they are just plain fun to play. On Saturday, August 30, 2025, from 2 to 4PM EDT, our Send In The Music musicians will be returning to our "roots" with a theme of "Fiddle Tunes." We have an awesome group coming as our Mystery Guests. You won't want to miss them.
