A little coffee and a whole lot of appreciation! ☕💜💛

Yesterday, we celebrated our amazing teacher assistants in honor of National Teacher Assistants’ Day on September 25 and National Coffee Day on September 29!

Thank you for the care, patience, and encouragement you share with our students every day. You help keep our school running and make our Pirate Crew shine! 🏴‍☠️

🗓️ PLAN AHEAD WITH HCS!

We’re excited to roll out our 2026-27 HCS Plan Ahead Calendar, a quick guide to every student day off, long weekend and extended break this school year.

Save the graphic to your phone and you can do even more:

1. Tap the QR code on the bottom right to explore our Plan Ahead Guide with trip ideas, local activities, deals and volunteer opportunities that line up with each break. You can also find the guide anytime under the Community tab on our website.

2. Tap and hold the QR code on the bottom left to subscribe to our student days off calendar through Google Calendar or iCal, so upcoming dates stay right on your phone.

3. Tap and hold the individual dates to add a specific break directly to your calendar.

We hope this makes planning family time, appointments, travel and everything in between a little easier this school year!
