This afternoon, a group of volunteers gathered at the Old Edenville Cemetery to place military headstones for five Civil War veterans whose burial sites had previously been unmarked. The veterans names are: Francis Coolidge, Levi Eldridge, John Mahoney, Daniel W**d, and Ralph Dunton. We will have an official dedication during the Township's 150th Anniversary event on July 9, 2023. Thank you to Justin Frost of Past Preservation, Tracie Boshaw, Linda Fisher, and Catherine Sias for installing the markers and thank you to John Marsh for donating gravel for the foundations.
