Rainy day and the kids need to burn some energy?
Looking for something to keep them active between sports?

Meridian Youth Wrestling in Sanford is a great way for kids to build confidence, coordination, and teamwork, while still setting their own individual goals.

It's also a great complement for kids already in karate, football, or other contact sports who want to learn grappling skills.

We're running a consistent schedule through the rest of the school year and into summer, with up to 4 practice opportunities each week inside and outside.

Our coaches are passionate about creating a fun, supportive environment that balances hard work, conditioning, and keeping kids engaged.

Ages: 4-14 (boys & girls welcome)

Gear: Shorts, t-shirt, wrestling shoes and tennis shoes
(we have donated wrestling shoes available or can track down a pair in the right size if needed!)

​Friends: You are welcome to bring a friend to participate.

​Raffles: Sanford Youth Sports tickets are available. Support is encouraged but not required. I know many are already selling for Baseball, it all goes to the same place.
