Twenty-five years later, the Brethren of Sanford Lodge No. 62, F.&A.M., stand together to remember. 🇺🇸

On September 11, 2001, our nation faced unthinkable tragedy. Thousands of innocent lives were lost, and our world was altered forever.

We remember the 2,977 souls—mothers, fathers, sons, daughters, friends, and neighbors—who never made it home. We honor the firefighters, police officers, EMTs, and first responders who stepped into danger while others fled. We hold in our hearts the courage of Flight 93, and the boundless compassion of everyday citizens who gave their strength, their homes, and their hearts to help a grieving nation rebuild.

As Freemasons, we are bound to the timeless virtues of Brotherly Love, Relief, and Truth. In the darkest days following 9/11, we saw those very values shine across America. We saw the profound truth that real courage is not the absence of fear, but the decision to step forward in service to others.

We honor the public servants, military members, law enforcement officers, emergency personnel, and their families who answered the call in the days, months, and years that followed. So many sacrificed their time, their health, and ultimately their lives to preserve our freedoms.

Our obligation to our community, our country, and one another remains steadfast.
Today We
Remember the innocent lives lost.
Honor the immense sacrifice of our heroes.
Salute all who answered the call to serve.
Stand with the families who carry the weight of memory.
Gives thanks for those who continue to guard our freedoms today.

Twenty-five years later, the memory remains clear, the sacrifice remains sacred, and our devotion to faith, hope, and charity continues.

Peace and Blessings our Summer Meeting was a great success! Last night, five of our Sanford Lodge brothers made the trip over to Landmark Lodge to support our District.
Two Entered Apprentices from Sanford joined the travel. Traveling is a fundamental part of the Masonic journey, and it’s incredible to see our newest brothers hitting the road early to experience it.
Congratulations to Landmark Lodge No. 383 F&AM and a warm welcome to the newest brothers of the fraternity. Well done, brothers! 🤝

Please join us in extending a massive congratulations to W Langton (Past Master, 1993)! Last night at our Stated Communication, he was presented with his 40-Year Pin.
Four decades of dedication, leadership, and faithful service to the Craft is a truly remarkable milestone. Thank you, Worshipful, for everything you have done for our Lodge and the fraternity! 🤝
As if the night wasn't memorable enough, we were also honored by a surprise pop-up visit from our RWDDGM, Craig Albright! Having him there to share in the celebration made the evening even more special.
It was a fantastic night of fellowship, history, and true Masonic brotherhood.
