📚🍂 HELP US BRING STORYBOOK CHARACTER DAY TO LIFE! 🍂📚

Our Storybook Character Parade is coming to Riverbend on Friday, October 30th, and there are TWO ways you can help us make this wonderfully silly, colorful Galileo morning extra special! 💚🐉

🧸🍬 FIRST — WE NEED STUFFIES + CANDY!

We’re collecting:

🧸 NEW or gently loved STUFFIES
🍬 Individually wrapped, NUT-FREE CANDY

Donation bins are waiting for you in the Riverbend Front Office. Just drop your donations in and PTO will take it from there!

📚✨ THEN — JOIN THE STORYBOOK FUN!

Think Trunk-or-Treat meets Storybook Land — fun storybook themes, costumes, decorated tables and vehicles, and lots of excited little humans making their way around the Riverbend track!

📅 Friday, October 30th
⏰ Parade: 9:00–10:30 AM
🛠️ Setup begins: 8:00 AM
📍 Galileo Riverbend Track

PTO will have 20 decorated table spaces + 5 decorated vehicle spaces around the parade route. Each space will hand out either nut-free candy or small non-candy goodies as students make their way around the track.

Each space may have up to 4 volunteers, and all participating volunteers must be registered Dividends.

Please put your storybook theme in the comments when you sign up! You’ll be able to see what everyone else has chosen, which will hopefully save us from having six versions of the exact same thing. 😂

Families are welcome to join us as visitors to watch the parade and cheer on our kiddos!

⏰ Visitor Time: 9:00–10:30 AM

A class/grade parade schedule will be released closer to the event.

Dress as a storybook character if you’d like — or come exactly as you are! 📖✨

All volunteers and visitors should check in through the Front Office and sign in appropriately as either a Volunteer or Visitor.

🧸 Donate a stuffie.
🍬 Send in some nut-free candy.
📚 Host a storybook stop.
👏 Or simply come cheer on our Dragons!
