🧹 TUNE YOUR BROOM 🧹

Nobody wants to show up to the Sanford Witches Ride with a squeaky broom, wobbly wheel, or questionable brakes. Witch, please.

Our friends at Bicikleta Bike Shop are helping you get ride-ready with a special Tune Your Broom discount!

Drop off your bike October 13–21

Just tell them you’re there for the Tune Your Broom special to get the discount.

You don’t have to ride to join the Sanford Witches Ride coven!

On October 25, we want to see Sanford OUTSIDE! Bring the kids to catch candy, decorate your house, throw on your spookiest outfit, wave to the witches, and cheer us on as we roll through Historic Downtown Sanford. 🖤

Don’t live along the route? No problem! Come watch the witches roll through from one of these three parks. Be sure to stand on the listed street side to see the ride!

📍 George Touhy Park — Elm Ave or Myrtle Ave
📍 Park on Park — Oak Ave or Park Ave
📍 Centennial Park — Oak Ave or Park Ave

Grab your crew, find a spot, and join the fun from the sidelines!

Do I really have to dress like a witch or warlock?
What about candy? Contests? Donations?
What if I can’t ride but still want to be part of the magic?

We’re answering all of that (and more) in this FAQ! 🖤

Grab your bike, golf cart, or favorite witchy wheels and get ready for the Sanford Witches Ride on October 25th!

🖤✨ Calling Sanford homeowners… the magic isn’t just on the bikes and golf carts! ✨🖤

This year, we’re inviting homeowners along the 6th Annual Sanford Witches Ride route to join the celebration with our Homeowners Spirit Award!

Live on Elm, Myrtle, Oak, Park, Magnolia or Palmetto between 4th and 12th? You’re on the route!

Decorate your home, porch, or yard and help transform Historic Downtown Sanford into a magical Halloween experience—but this award is about more than decorations! We want to see your spooky spirit when the witches ride by on October 25th between 5pm-6pm: cheering, waving, dancing, dressing up, and making your home part of the celebration.

One home will be chosen as the Homeowners Spirit Award Winner based on overall Halloween spirit, creativity, and energy!

The winner will be announced on 10/26/26, with prize details coordinated via email.
