Free Lacrosse Clinics this summer!!!

The highschool varsity lacrosse coach, Nate Mclellen, will be running FREE coed skills and drills clinics for all ages that have a lacrosse program in town.

At Alumni Stadium
100 Alumni Blvd, Sanford, ME

8th grade and under is from 5-6:30pm
And highschool is 6:30-8pm

Football and Field Hockey registration opens soon!!

Both Football and Field Hockey registration will be open on our website on Friday 5/21/21! (https://www.ssyaakids.org)

Football will have tackle football for grades 3-4, 5-6, and 7-8. We are currently searching for a 1-2 flag football coach. If you are interested comment down below and email us at [email protected]

Field Hockey will be the same as previous years.

Get the word out! Let’s get the kids and families excited to back back on the fields.

We are doing lacrosse!!!

Masks are required for everyone (players, coaches, refs, parents, and all other participants.)

All players and coaches need to join USLacrosse (https://membership.uslacrosse.org/)

Grades 3-4 will be coed and cost $35

Grades 5-6, and 7-8 will cost $45

Dear Lacrosse Families and Friends,

We are reaching out to inform you that the 2020 season will be canceled. Several critical factors have lead us to this decision. These factors included but not limited to low registrations, limited schedules and the closure of schools and fields until the end of April, if not potentially longer. With so many uncertainties, the board has decided to cancel the season.

However, with this decision, was action to evaluate and improve the program structure and equipment. We are committed to being ready for the 2021 season and will be working on it throughout the year.

In addition, we will be refunding all paid registrations. Due to the current events and unfortunate decision, the board has made special provisions to cover the cost of the fee charged by Sports Connect to those who registered online. Again, this fee being returned is “one time” situational condition due to circumstances beyond our control.
