A Act of Love Adoptions

A Act of Love Adoptions Founded in 1993 by a adoptive mother. We have worked with many Birthparents and Families. Pregnant? https://aactofloveadoptions.org/ This U.S.

A Act of Love is a Utah adoption agency that was founded by Kathy Kunkel. Kathy has 10 children, eight of which are adopted. She founded this adoption agency after her own adoption experiences. Since 1993, she has been helping pair birthparents with adoptive parents. For the last 30 years, they have been one of the most reputable adoption agencies throughout Utah. Focusing on strong business ethic

s and business standards, they have successfully paired thousands of adoptions over the years. Kathy focuses on creating a non-profit adoption agency that specializes in providing care, treatment and attention to both birthparents and adoptive families alike. In fact, the waiting lists for adopting infants and newborns are often shorter than other adoption agencies. As a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt entity, they can accept tax-write off donations. They do not accept any government funding, albeit it state or federal monies, but is solely funded by private donations and the adoption fees paid by adoptive parents. A licensed adoption agency, A Act of Love employs a talented team of social workers, birthparent coordinators, adoptive family teams and responsive staff that are well educated in the rules and regulations surrounding domestic adoptions. They offer support 24-hour-a-day, seven days a week for pregnant mothers that are considering adoption. Their expert staff understands that adoption is a gift of life, one that is a difficult, challenging decision to make. As a full-service, approved and licensed adoption agency, they are able to provide full adoption services, as well as help prospective adoptive parents through the demanding home study process. They also specialize in offering post-placement services to help ease transitions and reassure new parents that their children are adjusting well. Even though they are located in Utah, they participate in interstate compact services. law, known as the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children (ICPC), requires that children placed outside of their home state receive the same services and protections as if they reside in their birth state. It is important that both birthparents and adoptive parents understand that if other adoption agencies say the birthmotherโ€™s expenses are solely covered, it may be a red flag. As a reputable agency, they focus on legal business practices. Additionally, they can provide references for couples that have experienced easy and difficult adoptions. Specializing in several adoption programs, including open, closed and semi-open adoptions, A Act of Love experienced adoption specialists work with birthparents and adoptive parents to facilitate an adoption plan that meets both parties interests, while always remaining in the best interests of children. They also offer counseling services, adoption orientation classes, adoptive parenting classes and legal services, which help ease the burden of working with both an adoption agency and separate legal counsel. As a multi-ethnic staff and management team, they have experience working with all ethnicities, which helps put both birthparents and adoptive parents at ease. They are dedicated to their work and the services they provide, striving to place infants first and ensure that children receive loving, healthy home placements that help nurture them into strong, independent adults. Their experts are willing to take any phone calls or inquiries about the adoption process. Itโ€™s important that birthparents and adoptive families complete the necessary research to facilitate a smooth, comfortable adoption.
