Man, is it hot out there! We're looking at near triple digit temperatures this week during practices, so let's make sure that we are keeping our athletes hydrated. Hydration starts at home, so please make sure that your young athlete is drinking water throughout the day, as well as bringing plenty to practice with them. We want all of our athletes to perform at their very best, and that means staying hydrated! We can't wait for games to get started this weekend!

The 𝗠𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 is hosting a 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 coaching clinic for the 𝗝𝗟 𝗦𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗻 Rec Center Flag Football Coaches.

Date: Saturday, March 21st from 10:00 - 12:00

𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀 are welcome to come. The first hour will be spent working with the coaches and the second hour we will implement what we learned with athletes.
