The Healing Center For Complex Trauma is a survivor-informed nonprofit organization. We will provide professional support for direct care providers as well as comprehensive, sustainable services for those living with the profound impact of trauma such as exploitation, torture, kidnapping and repeated sexual abuse. We are comprised of survivor leaders and professionals in mental health, medicine, a
nd other fields who specialize in the treatment of complex post traumatic stress disorder. We are networked with an array of community partners who share a vision of more integrated and long term care for survivors. There is a lack of comprehensive and sustainable resources for survivors of human trafficking and profound trauma. The loss of life and hope, as a consequence of this, is both tragic and preventable. We are here to offer hope and viable help to survivors, and professional support to service providers.
