Hello Neighbors,
Please avoid using the main entrance today due to work being conducted by Top Tier Trees.
They are removing all the shrubbery and raising up the canopies on the 4 larger trees. The split at Grogans Ferry Road will remain closed during their time onsite today - PLEASE use the entrance on Ison Rd to minimize traffic coming through the area.

We are enjoying this gorgeous Labor Day weather at the pool. Friendships, food, fun and fantastic spirits are flowing at the pool - stop by and say hello!

Due to an overwhelming response to the large trash dumpster at the clubhouse, we needed to request an additional one that will be onsite until Wednesday morning.

PLEASE do not overload this new dumpster, they will not take it if the items extend beyond the top of the container. Also, please do not leave items outside the container for others to clean up for you - if you require help to load anything, please contact the board and we will find someone to assist you.

Our hope is to be able to do this annually as long as interest and compliance to the rules are met.

FYI: Springtime information for Clubhouse/Common Areas:

1. New "No Parking" and "No Parking This Side" signs are at the clubhouse and are available for use during large gatherings at individual homes, estate sales, open houses, etc. Provided to prevent traffic issues on our public roadways.

2. Pressure washing will take place very soon at the clubhouse. This will include the pool deck (opening for use mid-May), tennis/pickleball courts, walkways and deck furniture. Courts will be CLOSED and unavailable for use. Notice will be made once a date is confirmed.

3. The basketball goal has been assembled on Courts 1/2. Basketballs will be provided once we acquire an outdoor storage container(to be located on the lower deck), in the meanwhile feel free to bring your own.

4. The water fountain is now operational.
